Barex Group and its affiliated companies collect personal information from job applicants through CareerPlug, Indeed, our website, and other recruiting sources. This information may include your name, contact information, résumé, employment history, education, certifications, references, screening-question responses, and other information you provide during the application and interview process.
We use this information to review your qualifications, communicate with you, schedule interviews, verify job-related information, make hiring decisions, and consider you for other suitable positions within Barex. For certain positions, employment may be subject to job-related background checks, driving-record reviews, credential verification, or drug screening. Any required screening will be conducted in accordance with applicable law and with any required notice or authorization.
Applicant information may be shared with authorized Barex employees, affiliated Barex companies, and service providers that assist with recruiting, background screening, scheduling, technology, payroll, or onboarding. We do not sell applicant information or provide it to unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Barex takes reasonable steps to protect applicant information and retains it only as long as reasonably necessary for recruiting, hiring, recordkeeping, and legal compliance. If you are hired, relevant application information may become part of your employment record.
