About the Role:

Barex is seeking a Client Success Executive to build and manage relationships with commercial property decision-makers across the DMV. This role is focused on providing rapid, high-quality service for restoration projects involving water, fire, mold, and structural damage.

You’ll be the face of our company to building owners, property managers, adjusters, and brokers managing expectations, coordinating teams, and making sure our clients get the results they need when it matters most.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for commercial clients during active restoration jobs

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with property managers, adjusters, and brokers

  • Attend job walks, coordinate scopes with estimators, and guide clients through project milestones

  • Follow up on work orders, update clients proactively, and ensure satisfaction through completion

  • Attend networking events, property manager meetings, and association functions

  • Identify opportunities to expand account value or develop new partnerships

  • Maintain internal records of sales activity, progress, and client communication

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–7 years of experience in commercial restoration, property services, or B2B account management

  • Strong communication and follow-up skills with decision-makers in commercial real estate

  • Ability to manage urgency, deliver clear updates, and resolve concerns quickly

  • Familiarity with restoration scopes and insurance work is a plus

  • Local DMV market knowledge and network strongly preferred

  • Comfortable visiting job sites regularly and working cross functionally with ops and estimating teams
