About the Role:
Barex of DMV is actively hiring an Apartment Turn Supervisor / Project Manager to oversee unit turnover work across our growing portfolio of multi-family accounts throughout the DMV. This role is for someone who understands the fast-paced nature of apartment turns and has experience leading crews, coordinating subs, and delivering clean, rent ready units on schedule.

This role is for someone who understands the fast-paced nature of apartment turns and has experience leading crews, coordinating subs, and delivering clean, rent ready units on schedule.

What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and manage daily apartment turn operations
- Coordinate subcontractors (paint, patch, punch, flooring, clean, etc.)
- Maintain strict project timelines and deliver high-quality units
- Conduct job walks and closeout inspections with property teams
- Communicate directly with property managers and leasing staff
- Track job progress, labor, and materials in CRM
- Manage multiple sites with accountability for timelines and standards
- Help maintain and grow Barex’s relationships with property accounts
Requirements:
- 2+ years directly supervising or managing apartment turns
- Reliable subcontractor relationships a major plus
- Strong understanding of full turn process
- Able to walk jobs, enforce timelines, and resolve issues fast
- Bilingual preferred
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Compensación: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
